Mr. Wiesenfeld has over 20 years of electronic security services experience. He has served in executive roles in leading security companies, including Sensormatic, Security Technology Group, and Guardian. Mr. Wiesenfeld was most recently Chief Financial Officer of Security Networks, Inc., an Oak Hill portfolio company, until its successful sale to Monitronics International for over $500 million at an industry leading valuation multiple. Mr. Wiesenfeld currently serves as a Board member for NorthStar Alarm Services.
