Mr. Kelemen is a Principal at TBG and has over 9 years of private equity investing experience. Mr. Kelemen is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring TBG’s investments. Mr. Kelemen is a member of the Board of Directors of REVA, Allergy & ENT Associates, Fluent, and Campus Eye Group.

Prior to joining TBG in 2019, Mr. Kelemen worked at Gladstone Investment, a publicly traded private equity fund. While at Gladstone, Mr. Kelemen evaluated, executed, and managed private equity transactions in the middle market across a variety of industries. Prior to Gladstone, Mr. Kelemen worked at Paul Capital Partners, where he focused on private equity secondaries investments.

Mr. Kelemen received a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Kelemen is also a CFA Charterholder.
