Mr. Chapin is a Senior Associate at TBG and is responsible for transaction execution, financial analysis, and portfolio company management. Mr. Chapin joined TBG in 2019.

Prior to joining TBG, Mr. Chapin worked at Houlihan Lokey, in the Industrials Investment Banking Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for a number of large-cap, mid-cap and private equity clients. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Chapin worked at Lloyds Banking Group, in the Debt Capital Markets Group, where he analyzed credit risk and provided debt-financing solutions to large-cap corporate clients.

Mr. Chapin received a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.
