Mr. Grewal is a Senior Associate at TBG and is responsible for transaction execution, financial analysis and portfolio company management. Mr. Grewal joined TBG in 2020.

Prior to joining TBG, Mr. Grewal worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Industrials Investment Banking Group in New York, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for a number of middle market and private equity clients.

Mr. Grewal received his BBA in Finance and Accounting with High Distinction from The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
