("TBG FAC" or the "Company"), a portfolio company of The Beekman Group and one of the largest Dunkin' Donuts franchisees, opened its first Virginia Dunkin Donuts store on December 23, 2015 at Towers Shopping Center, 670 Brandon Avenue, Roanoke, VA 24015. The Company also recently acquired the Dunkin Donuts store located at 3620 Franklin Road SW Roanoke, VA 24014. Since being selected in July 2015 as the exclusive franchisee for Western Virginia; the Company has been aggressively pursuing opportunities to expand its Dunkin Donuts network and expects to have six stores open in these markets by the end of this year.
