TBG Food Acquisition Corp. (“TBG FAC”), has named Ana Samin as Chief Financial Officer. TBG FAC is the largest Dunkin' Donut franchise network in both the New York metro area as well as in South Carolina, with a total of 45 units. Ms. Samin joins TBG FAC after spending 25 years in senior financial positions at both public and private companies. Most recently, Ms. Samin served as Chief Financial Officer at Vertex Capital, an operationally-focused private equity fund investing in branded consumer companies. At Vertex, Ms. Samin’s roles included interim CFO positions at a number of consumer-focused portfolio companies. Ms. Samin earned a Bachelors Degree in Public Accounting from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, she has meaningful experience working alongside private equity investors.
