TBG Food Acquisition Corp. (“TBG FAC”) announced that is has developed and opened five new stores in Westchester County, New York. The stores are located at:

• 10 Depot Way, Scarsdale, NY;
• 137 Wildey Street, Tarrytown, NY;
• 425 Central Park Avenue, White Plains, NY;
• 2 Washington Avenue, Pleasantville, NY; and
• 680 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers, NY.

The Wildey Street location adds a Tarrytown presence to the TBG FAC platform and the other stores represent additional TBG FAC locations in the Scarsdale, White Plains, Pleasantville and Yonkers markets, respectively. The new store openings demonstrate TBG FAC’s execution on its new store development initiatives within the Westchester County, New York market. The development initiatives are an important part of the overall TBG FAC platform’s growth plans. TBG FAC Chairman, John G.
