TBG Food Acquisition Corp. (“TBG FAC”) announced that is has opened two new Dunkin Brands’ stores in Westchester County, New York. These stores are located at:

• 80 North State Road, Briarcliff Manor, NY
• 433 Riverdale Avenue, Yonkers, NY

The North State Road location adds a Briarcliff Manor presence to the TBG FAC platform and the Riverdale Avenue store represents an additional TBG FAC location in the Yonkers market. These store openings demonstrate TBG FAC’s successful execution on growth within its core Westchester County, New York market. The Company’s new store development initiatives are an important part of TBG FAC’s overall growth plans.
