Ms. Englehart has more than 30 years of dental healthcare services experience. Currently, she is the Chief Operating Officer for the Central Atlantic Region of Smile Brands. Ms. Englehart spent 17 years with Smile Brands plus seven as Chief Operating Officer for two regional dental support organizations: Sage Dental (formerly Gentle Dental of Florida, Beekman’s initial DSO platform) and Marquee Dental Providers. Ms. Englehart began her career as a dental assistant, eventually joining a group practice acquired by Castle Dental Centers, Inc. She held successive roles with increasing responsibility that continued after Smile Brands acquired Castle. In 2007, Ms. Englehart received Smile Brands’ highest honor, the President’s Award, for her exceptional performance and embodiment of the organization’s Smile for Everyone mission. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at New England Management Services.
