Mr. Clippard is a Managing Director at TBG and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments within business and industrial services sector. Mr. Clippard is currently the Chairman of the Board of Convenient Brands and AutoManager and is a member of the Boards of Directors of GED Holdings.

Prior to joining TBG in 2016, Mr. Clippard was a private equity transaction professional at Prospect Capital Management where he focused on middle-market transactions in U.S. based companies, particularly control investments in the industrial and business services sectors. Prior thereto, Mr. Clippard was a Principal at Circle Peak Capital where he executed private equity transactions in the consumer, financial services, and industrial sectors. Mr. Clippard began his career in equity derivatives at Goldman Sachs and Bear Stearns.

Mr. Clippard received a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Clippard also studied at the London School of Economics.
