Ms. Gerrard joined TBG in 2006. In her current role she manages special events and projects, travel, board meetings, and provides executive assistance to the team. 

Prior to joining TBG, Ms. Gerrard held similar roles at MRV Valuation Consulting, Limited Design Services and Onex Corporation. 

Ms. Gerrard received degrees from Robert Morris College, Fashion Institute of Technology, and Society of Human Resources Management.
