Mr. Aiello is the Chief Financial Officer at TBG. Mr. Aiello joined the firm in 2020 and has 16 years of experience in the alternative investment management industry.

Prior to joining TBG, Mr. Aiello was an Associate Director in the NY Private Equity practice at SS&C Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded hedge fund and private equity administrator. He managed a team of accounting professionals covering private equity and infrastructure funds. Before SS&C, Mr. Aiello was a Senior Controller at Soros Fund Management, with oversight of a privately held multi-strategy, multi-managed hedge fund with a peak AUM of $30 billion. Previously, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an Assurance Manager within the Asset Management Assurance practice, providing audit services to both hedge fund and private equity fund clients.

Mr. Aiello graduated from St. John’s University with an MBA in Accountancy and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
