NEW YORK – The Beekman Group announced that it has opened its tenth Ted’s Café Escondido (“Ted’s” or the “Company”) restaurant in Lee’s Summit, MO a suburb of Kansas City, MO. This marks Ted’s second restaurant outside of Oklahoma and second in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

The Lee’s Summit, MO Ted’s Café Escondido opened at the Valle Vista Shopping Center at 634 N.E. Missouri State Route 291. Ted’s is located at the north end of the shopping center in a completely renovated 7,300-square-foot space at the Southwest corner of Route 291 and Chipman Road.

For more than 20 years, Ted’s has developed an excellent and well-recognized brand by providing great tasting food, made from the freshest quality ingredients, and served by well-trained, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. Ted’s is planning on opening another restaurant in the Kansas City metropolitan area and one more in Oklahoma during 2015. Ted’s will be coming to the Village at Shoal Creek on Route 152 at Booth Avenue, near Liberty. A Ted’s will also open late 2015 on the west side of Oklahoma City next to The Outlet Shoppes at Oklahoma City.
