Beekman Investment Partners II, LP ("Beekman") today announced that its affiliate has made a growth capital investment in Delaware Valley Management Holdings, Inc. ("Delaware Valley" or "DVM"), which, operating through its subsidiaries, is a leading provider of non-clinical office support and administrative services to a network of dental practices located in the Philadelphia metro corridor, which operate under the name Simply Beautiful Smiles ("SBS"). SBS was founded in 2000 by Louis A. D'Angelo, D.M.D. and provides comprehensive general and multi-specialty dental services through a patient-focused service approach. Dr. D'Angelo, Delaware Valley's Founder and Chief Executive Officer, stated "The Beekman Group's experience in building middle market businesses, their extensive Industry Partner network and specific experience with healthcare service businesses made them a natural choice as our capital partner.
